The following terms and conditions relate to the Discover Puerto Rico x JetBlue Incentive 2023.
The promotion is not open to employees of the Promoters (Discover Puerto Rico and JetBlue), their families, agents or anyone professionally connected with the promotion.

● The competition starts on 1st January 2023
● The competition ends on 31st March 2023 at Midnight UK time. Any entry received after this time and date will not be entered
● You must be a UK travel agent / tour operator only, employed by a licensed travel agency during the promotional period and at the time the prize will be rewarded.
● You must be 18 years or over at the time of travel
● The top prize winner will win a place on a Spring FAM trip to Puerto Rico with JetBlue (dates TBC)
● Additional prizes will be awarded each month that the competition is running, in the form of Love2shop gift vouchers and bottles of Bacardi Rum
● You must answer all required data fields for a valid entry
● All bookings will be verified by JetBlue and only valid bookings will be accepted in to the draw
● Winners will be selected at random by Discover Puerto Rico and JetBlue
● The top prize winner will be announced during the first week of April 2023
● Winners will be contacted via email by Discover Puerto Rico only. The winners will be asked to show proof of their bookings by Discover Puerto
Rico in order to claim their prize
● After you have been notified, you will have 7 days to accept the prize otherwise Discover Puerto Rico reserves the right to select another winner
● By entering the competition, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these Terms and Conditions and consent to the transfer of their
personal data to the Promoter for the purposes of the administration of this promotion and any other purposes to which the entrant has consented. All entry instructions form part of the terms and conditions
● The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a Force Majeure;
war, civil or military disturbance, epidemic, pandemic, act of God, act of Government or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the Promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the Promoter

● Additional entries will only be allowed if extra bookings are made. Duplicates entries answering only the questions, will be disallowed.

The following terms and conditions relate to the South African Tourism Big Agent Rewards incentive 2022/23.

The promotion is not open to employees of the Promoter (SA Tourism), their families, agents or anyone professionally connected with the promotion.
• Only one entry per booking, one additional entry for providing additional information for SA Tourism
• Only bookings made that include a majority of South Africa rooms nights will be entered into the monthly prize draws and holiday prize draw
• Bookings made from 1st October 2022 are valid for entry
• The competition ends on 31st March 2023 at Midnight UK time
• You must be a UK travel agent / tour operator only, employed by a licensed travel agency during the promotional period and at the time the prize will be rewarded.
• You must be 18 at the time of travel
• The holiday prize includes two return economy flights from London Heathrow airport with 5 nights’ accommodation (blackout dates apply)
• Second prize will be one of 2 fam trip places date are TBC
• No cash alternative is available for the holiday prize or monthly prizes
• Once booked, no changes or amendments will be allowed
• For the holiday prize, the lead guest must be the prize winner and individual t’s and c’s and redemption information will be communicated to the winner directly
• The winner will be announced on Friday 1st April 2023. The winner will be contacted via email by SA Tourism only. The winner will be asked to show proof of their bookings by SA Tourism in order to claim their prize.
• The competition runs from 02 December 2022 and closes on 31st March 2023 (the “Promotional Period”). After this date no further entries to the competition will be permitted

5. 5. First Prize is a 4-night stay for two people on bed and breakfast at Fiji Beach Resort followed by 2-night stay at Castaway Island on bed and breakfast. Transfers to and from the resort are not included. Second prize is a £100 Shopping Voucher. Third prize is a Prestige Hamper.

Prize Draw Terms

Each booking logged via Big Agent Rewards will be considered as a new ticket into the prize draw.

Every 60 days RAKTDA will select one winner.

The prize will be a 5-night stay at a RAK participating hotel and will be non-exchangeable PLUS a destination experience.

• First Mate Rewards, as part of Big Agent Rewards, will end on 31 March 2023.
• Any booking created from 01 March 2023, will receive £5.00, valid only for full voyage fare bookings (not applicable to any reduced fare, promotional FAM or other voyage fare type)
